SALMON PATTIES

Ingredients

2 cans (213 g) salmon
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
2 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
Pepper
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

Drain and reserve liquid from canned salmon; place salmon in a medium bowl. Add breadcrumbs, egg, Oh! So Onion, Lemony Dill Seasoning, pepper and Sunset Seasoned Salt; mix well to combine. Shape mixture into patties, adding reserved liquid from salmon if the mixture is too dry. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add patties and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon slices and Sweet Onion Aioli Sauce.
